Peat, an ancient plant that has decomposed over hundreds or thousands of years and contains a wealth of minerals and nutrients, cleanses skin impurities while replenishing the body with essential nutrients.

How to use

For each bath, add about one bag (23g) of peat to the bathtub and mix to dissolve. If you dissolve the peat in a bucket before adding it to the bathtub, it will be less likely to clump. After bathing, just rinse without washing with soap or other liquids.

If you feel cold or want to sweat, please use two bags. We recommend a leisurely bath of 10 to 30 minutes in water at about 40 degrees. In summer, we recommend slightly warmer water of about 38-39 degrees. As a guide, take a bath about twice a week. Peat baths have a sweating effect, so please make sure to drink plenty of water before taking a bath.

[Precautions for use]
・Do not use if you have any skin abnormalities.
- If you experience any abnormalities on your skin such as rash, redness, itching, or irritation during or after use, discontinue use and consult a doctor.
- If peat gets into your eyes, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water.
- If used in a wooden or stainless steel bathtub, it may cause deterioration or discoloration.
-Please keep out of reach of small children.
・If peat adheres to the fabric, it will stain the fabric. Be careful not to get it on your clothes.
- Do not use leftover water for laundry.
-This product has a sweating effect, so please drink plenty of water before using.
